Submitting this form does not guarantee showing access, approval, or tenancy. Final approval requires a completed rental application and review under Lamplighter Property Management's written rental criteria.

Basic rental expectations

Please review these basic rental expectations before submitting:

  • First month's rent and required deposit must be paid before move-in.
  • Applicant must be able to provide proof of steady income during the application process.
  • All adults who will live in the property must complete an application and be approved.
  • Rental history, credit history, and lawful background screening may be reviewed.
  • Pets must be disclosed. Assistance animals are not pets and are handled according to fair housing law.
  • Submitting this form or viewing the property does not reserve the home. The home remains available until an applicant is approved, the lease is signed, and required move-in funds have cleared.
  • Keys are not released until the lease is signed, move-in requirements are complete, and required funds have cleared.

What happens next

After this request is submitted, Lamplighter Property Management will review your information and follow up about showing access when appropriate.

If you choose to move forward after viewing, the next steps are a formal rental application, screening review, background check through TransUnion SmartMove, lease review, required move-in funds, move-in inspection, and key release.

If multiple applications are received, Lamplighter Property Management may select the most qualified applicant based on written rental criteria.
